Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern purchases made on lumitez.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Seller. Lumitez is a brand of Conecta Media LLC. Products on this site are sold by Conecta Media LLC.

The product. Lumitez is an inline shower filter designed to install between the shower arm and showerhead. It has an engraved ABS housing with a chromium-plated finish and includes one replaceable cartridge.

Paid preorder. $69 per unit, paid in full when the preorder is placed. Free shipping. The filter ships no later than September 15, 2026. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Delay. If we cannot ship by September 15, we will contact you before then with a revised date and your choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Installation. Shower setups vary. Email hola@lumitez.com before ordering if you have a fit question. Do not install Lumitez if the connections do not fit securely. Check both connections for leaks before use, and stop using the product if a leak develops.

Returns. The Refund Policy provides 30 days after delivery and return shipping paid by us.
