Refund policy

Thirty days to return it. If the filter is not right for you, email us within thirty days after delivery and we will arrange the return. We pay the return shipping and email you a prepaid label.

Your refund. After we receive the package, we refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

You may return it after using it. We understand that the only way to decide whether it is right for you is to try it. Please return the housing. You may keep or dispose of the used cartridge.

If it arrived damaged or incorrect. Send us a photo and we will ship the correct replacement right away without requiring you to return the first item.
