Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. There is no shipping charge and no minimum order.

Paid preorder. $69 per unit, paid in full when the preorder is placed. The filter ships no later than September 15, 2026. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

If the date changes. If we cannot ship by September 15, we will contact you before then with a revised date and your choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund.

Tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.

Where we deliver. We currently deliver only within the United States.
